William Smalley


William Smalley is an international facilitator, consultant and keynote speaker with a passion for helping individuals and organizations see conflict as an opportunity. A top-rated seminar leader with the Canadian Professional Sales Association and the Management Performance Centre of Toronto, and he is also a guest lecturer in Executive Programs at the Rotman School of Management. He teaches negotiation skills at the University of Toronto and has been featured on Financial Post Media, CBC News, and Marketplace as a negotiation consultant. He is the author of “Intelligent Selling” a next generation sales program based on collaboration that teaches sales professionals to think like leaders.
He has worked with a diverse group of clients from entrepreneurs to multinational corporations including RBC Financial Group, Reebok CCM, Symantec, AMJ Campbell Van lines, the Canadian Olympic Association, the Canadian Football League, and Air Canada. His international experience includes business development work in the Middle East and Singapore. He holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management, and a Certified Sales Professional Rating (CSP) (with Distinction) from the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
